Cookie Policy
This site runs on a short list of cookies and local storage entries. Nothing here follows you around the internet, and everything optional stays switched off until you say otherwise.

1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website. Related technologies — local storage, session storage — do a similar job. We use the word “cookies” to cover all of them.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, social media trackers or fingerprinting scripts on this website.
3. Your consent
Essential cookies are set because the site cannot function without them. Optional analytics load only after you press “Accept all” in the banner. Choosing “Essential only” records that preference and loads nothing further. Ignoring the banner has the same effect as “Essential only”.
4. Changing your mind
Select Cookie settings in the footer of any page to bring the banner back and make a different choice. Withdrawing consent is exactly as easy as giving it.
5. Browser-level controls
Every mainstream browser lets you block or delete cookies from its settings, usually under Privacy. Blocking all cookies will not break this site, but the consent banner will reappear on each visit because we no longer have anywhere to record your choice.
6. Third-party content
We deliberately avoid embedding third-party widgets. Where a link takes you off this site — for example to a mapping service or a manufacturer's support page — that site's own cookie policy applies and we have no control over it.
