Accessibility Statement

1. The standard we aim for

We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We are not claiming a formal audit certificate; we are stating the standard we build and test against, and we fix what falls short when it is pointed out.

2. What we have done

• A skip link to the main content on every page.
• Semantic headings in order, and landmarks for header, navigation, main and footer.
• Colour contrast checked against AA thresholds for body and interface text.
• Visible keyboard focus, and every interactive element reachable by keyboard alone.
• Text alternatives on meaningful images; decorative images marked as such.
• All animation disabled automatically when your system requests reduced motion.
• Text that reflows and stays readable at 200% zoom and on small screens.
• No content that flashes, auto-plays audio, or moves without a way to stop it.

3. Known limitations

• The service coverage and pricing tables scroll horizontally on narrow phones. The same information is available in plain text by calling us.
• The contact form hands off to your own email client; if that is not accessible to you, phone and postal contact work equally well and are treated identically.

4. Access at the workshop

3361 Heron Way has step-free entry at the north door and an accessible restroom on the ground floor. Our bench is on the second floor and the building lift is small; if it is unsuitable for you, a technician will come down to the ground-floor meeting room, or to your car, at no extra cost. Please mention it when you call so we can be ready.

We also carry out home visits for customers who cannot travel, at the standard on-site rate, and we waive the travel supplement for customers with a disability living inside the metro area.

5. Reporting a barrier

If any part of this site or our service is hard to use, tell us: customers@community.pakcomputersolution.com or 503-782-7740. Describe the page and what happened. We acknowledge within two business days and give a fix date within ten.

6. Review schedule

This statement was prepared in July 2026 and is reviewed every six months, or sooner whenever the site changes materially.
